Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bilasáana! We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Pre-order, custom, or made-to-order items may take 1-5 business days to prepare.
- Business days = Monday–Saturday, excluding US Holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following options at checkout (rates calculated in real time):

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, carrier volume, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
- Domestic (USA): Flat rate carrier rates paid at check out.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to US and some international Countries.
6. International Orders – Duties & Taxes

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
DDU (default): You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are paid to the carrier or customs upon delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Domestic: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- International: Allow 30 days from the ship date before we consider a package lost.
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund you (at our discretion).
8. Damaged Items
- Inspect your package upon arrival.
- If anything is damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos to charleslynch@bilasaana.com.
- Keep all packaging—we’ll guide you through the carrier claim.
9. Address Errors
- You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we’ll reship at your expense (or refund minus original shipping).
